The Transportation Ministry is reviewing feedback from Prince George residents about a brake check in Beaverly.

The Beaverly Community Association arranged a meeting with the ministry this week to discuss safety concerns.

Acting Fort George District Manager Trent Folk says residents are worried about aggressiv passing and driving.

He says ministry proposed enhancements to the brake check have not alleviated any of resident's concerns.

"That they feel will persist, regardless of any of the improvements that we've proposed.  So we've definitely heard what they've said, what they've brought forward and the Ministry right now is taking that information and considering our next steps."

Folk says the ministry is looking at a request to relocate the brake check, but there's no decision at this point.
