A Foothills Elementary student is in the running for Canada's History 'Young Citizens' video contest.  Grade Six Student Nolan Peake has created a video on Canadians in World War II.  Peake says he made the video to remind people about the conflict.

"If people forget about WWII it could happen again," says Peake, "and the weapons they have today could destroy the whole universe."

Anyone wanting to vote or view Peake's video can go to www.YoungCitizens.ca.  Voting goes until August 7th.
