NewsHighway 16 Closed East of Topley
Highway 16 is closed in both directions just east of Topley because of a sink hole. Crews are currently on site assessing the damage and preparing for the repair. There is a detour in effect for light traffic only. A pilot car is taking motorists down Howell's Road. Expect up to 30 minute delays. There is no estimated time of reopening yet.
