The City of Prince George has chosen not to appeal the judge's decision against rezoning a property on Haldi Road.

No reason has been given, and no future plans for the property have been identified yet.

Last week in a case between resident Janice Sevin and the City, the judge's decision sided with Sevin's concern that the rezoning of the property amended the Official Community Plan without following procedure.

The building, which use to be an elementary school, was going to be made it into a women's recovery centre.
