September is marking back to school for many working adults as well, and Prince George's Immigrant Integration and Multiculturalism Branch is offering some new programs for ESL students.

For the first time IMSS is offering levels six and seven of English Language Services for Adults.

Coordinator Elsa Haack says this will allow those working at a high academic level such as at UNBC to enhance their working knowlege of English through a number of ways.

"Research projects, individual and with groups which they'll have to go out in the community to do and then they'll have to present it to the others so there's a lot of taking it to the next level, definitely," said Haack.

Haack says the new program will serve a growing demand for higher level English training in Prince George.

IMSS now offers training at levels one through seven, all of which begin Monday.
