NewsDPAC Offers Back to School Tips
With the first week of school in the books, parents may still be looking at ways to get their children into a routine. This has the Prince George District Parent Advisory Council offering some tips to help parents and students get back into the swing of things. DPAC Member Sarah Holland says being prepared the night before can be a great time saver. 'Like the making sure the lunch is ready, making sure the backpack is prepared," says Holland, "getting enough sleep that's a really, really important thing making sure they are well rested and getting to bed on time and the breakfast ready and the need to know information." Holland says it takes about a month to get back into the routine of the school. More back to school tips can be found at www.sd57dpac.ca. Most Viewed Stories
