NewsPrince George Cougars Seeking Billet Families
The Prince George Cougars Association is looking for any families who would like to house a Cougar player during the 2012-13 season. The WHL hockey team needs around 20 billet families for the season. Assistant Coach Jason Becker says billet families are asked to treat Cougars players as if they were their own. "They move into their house and they're responsible for housing them, feeding them and just the overall taking care of them at the house there," says Becker. Becker says billet familes will house a player between mid-August until the end of the season. Anyone wanting to billet a Prince George Cougars player can call Becker at the Cougar's office.
