Twin brothers have been arrested in connection with a robbery near Salmon Valley, just north of Prince George.

RCMP arrested Joel Milton Clark yesterday after taking his brother, Kirk Arthur Clark, into custody on July 25th.

The 26 year old twins are facing numerous charges in relation to an alleged robbery at a house on July 24th.

Police were called to Wright Creek Road for a report of two men stealing a metal gate and trying to steal a tractor.

RCMP report one man was hit on the head with an object and he and another man were chased with an axe.

Kirk is charged with robbery, assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, uttering threats, theft over and under $5,000, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle while disqualified.

Joel is charged with robbery, assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, and theft over and under $5,000.

Kirk will remain in custody until his next court appearance on August 3rd and Joel is expected in court today.
