The BC Coroners Service has identified a 17 year old Prince George boy who died in a car crash last week.

The teenager was Larry Dallas Barry Laurent.

Laurent died when the car he was a passenger in hit the ditch, rolled over and caught fire.

The car had been traveling on the Nazko Highway near Quesnel.

The 19 year old driver has been charged with impaired driving causing death.

He will be in court in October.
