NewsKPMG Reports on Phase One of Review
Phase one of the Core Services Review is now complete. Information was given to council last night, and Mayor Shari Green says a lot has been done so far. "They gathered some background information, they had a kickoff workshop, council had a session, they had three different sessions with staff, they've also had a session open to the public. They talked about the communication and engagement strategy moving forward and updated the work plan," said Green. Green says phase two will involve city staff, with information gathering on the city's services, organization, governments, and revenue opportunities.
