Prince George, B.C.- UNBC has been denied for the third straight year. Today  the Canada West Universities Athletics Association voted down their application. Men's Basketball Coach Todd Jordan says they are not going to let this get them down. "There has been a lot of effort put into that bid by the Athletics Program and there is some disappointment obviously." He says "The one thing we had been talking about was that even if we weren't accepted, which we haven't been, we are still going to move forward and do our best to establish ourselves as a long term extremely successful program in the college league and that is fully what we intend to do. " Jordan says he is disappointed and he is not sure the reasons why their bid was not successful. He states travel could be a concern, however, he speculates each voter had different reasons.
