There have been three collisions between cyclists and vehicles this week in Prince George.

The most recent collision involved a 15 year old and a pick-up truck at Westwood Drive and 22nd Avenue.

Police believe the cyclist rode across the crosswalk just as the driver was pulling out from the stop sign to turn right.

Another incident occurred Wednesday morning and left a 22 year old cyclist with a head injury and minor cuts.

Police believe the cyclist was riding down Connaught Hill at a high rate of speed, lost control, and hit a vehicle.

RCMP say the initial incident occurred on Monday and involved a 17 year old cyclist trying to pass a vehicle.

The cyclist suffered a head injury and minor lower body injuries.

In the last two incidents, police say neither cyclist was wearing a helmet and both have been fined.
