Bruno Rodriguez chairs Cuban delegation to CELAC Foreign Ministers’ Meeting

Havana.- Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Barila is chairing an island delegation to attend the XXII XIII Meeting of Latin American and Caribbean Community (Selak) Community Foreign Ministers this Friday. 7. Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The Cuban foreign ministry said in a statement that it would transfer the Mexican community’s temporary presidency to Argentina.

During the XXI Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Mexico in July 2021, Cuba acknowledged its commitment to unity and integration and to safeguarding Latin America as a zone of peace.

Selak is a mechanism for political agreement, cooperation and co-operation between the 32 countries of the Latin American and Caribbean states.
