Hurricane Ida left New York City amid flooding and devastation. Heavy and incessant rain has already killed at least nine lives in that cosmopolitan American city, including a two-year-old boy.
The videos are packed on social media and attest to devastating images, some even comparing to a film shot in the same city: day after tomorrow (2004).
