Turismo de cruceros en Vietnam recobra vitality

The arrival in the central city of Da Nang of the first cruise with foreign visitors gives a more example that this touristic modality is recovering vitality in Vietnam.

The French ship Le Lapérouse, rated five stars and with more than 200 international tourists on board, docked this Sunday in the port of that city to show travelers the natural landscapes of Da Nang and the ancient city of Hoi An. in the province of Quang Nam.

According to Huynh Thi Huong Lan, the vice director of the Tourist Promotion Center of Da Nang, quoted by La Voz de Vietnam, the arrival of the cruise constitutes a good signal for local tourism recovery, in particular, and the country in general.

On Wednesday, the last boat of five stars, the Mekong Princess, with tourists from New Zealand on board, landed in the port of Ninh Kieu, in the survietnam city of Can Tho.

For the first time a boat of this type, manufactured also in Vietnam, brought foreign tourists to this city, the executive director of the company Viet Princess, Giang Hoang Hai, stood out on the occasion.

El crucero realizes a journey of eight days from Ciudad Ho Chi Minh along the river Mekong, with the purpose of introducing tourists to the deltaic provinces and cities, and will finalize its journey in the Cambodian province of Siem Reap.
